Made to Order

Most of our works are made to order. Production begins after the order is placed.

Lead Time

Typical production time:
5–6 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted for large custom works.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

Returns

Because our works are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
• The packaging
• The damaged area
• The full product

We will arrange a replacement or repair if necessary.
