Lúmenfold — Folded Light, Shaped Form

Lúmenfold is a study of light shaped through material.

Each piece begins as a flat surface, then becomes a field where light moves, slows, and settles into structure. Carved from solid wood, the works are not images, but conditions — spaces where depth, shadow, and form interact over time.

The series explores different states of transformation.

Movement becoming form.
Flow without interruption.
Energy held at a center.
Balance created through separation.

These are not visual styles, but structural conditions.

As light changes throughout the day, each piece shifts. Contours appear and disappear. Surfaces deepen or flatten. What seems static reveals itself as something quietly evolving.

Lúmenfold is not about decoration.

It is about presence — a way of allowing material, structure, and light to exist in continuous relation.
